Family Class
One of the policy objectives of Immigration Protection and Refugee Act is to see that families are reunited in Canada
The intent of the family class immigration program is to reunite Canadian citizens and permanent residents with close family members. By undertaking to support sponsored members of the family class, the sponsor promises that, for a specified duration, they will provide for the basic needs of their family members so they do not have to rely on social assistance
- You, as the sponsor, must meet certain eligibility criteria,

- Both Sponsorship application and Permanent residency Applications are submitted together
Spousal Sponsorship
The Canadian Spousal Sponsorship Program is for Spouses, Common-law partners, Conjugal partners, Same-sex couples. As a sponsor, you must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Also as a sponsor, you must be at least 18 years of age and residing in Canada.
